shruti-vipratipanna te yada sthasyati nishchala
samadhav achala buddhis tada yogam avapsyasi

When your mind, now unsettled by conflicting teachings, stands firm and unmoving in deep meditation, then you will attain yoga.
What it means
Too many voices can leave us confused. The answer is not more information but a mind that becomes still and steady. That stillness is where clarity and real peace grow. How it helps in real life
- Big decisions: Ten relatives giving ten opinions on your marriage? Mute the group for a day, sit quietly, and listen to your own mind.
- Phone & habits: Confused after watching twenty videos on which diet to follow? Stop watching, sit in silence for ten minutes, then pick one simple plan.
