What it means
Our visible life is a short chapter between two mysteries. Seeing it this way can make us gentler with loss and more grateful for the time we actually have. How it helps in real life
- With family: Visiting your nani in the village? Put the phone away and soak in the time, because this chapter won't last forever.
- In grief: Your old dog passed away. Instead of only crying over the end, write down five happy moments you shared together.
Spoken by Krishna.
