Bhagavad Gita 18.63 meaning
iti te jnanam akhyatam guhyad guhyataram maya
vimrishy-aitad asheshena yath-echchasi tatha kuru
इति ते ज्ञानमाख्यातं गुह्याद्गुह्यतरं मया।
विमृश्यैतदशेषेण यथेच्छसि तथा कुरु॥
So I have shared with you this wisdom, more secret than any secret. Reflect on it fully, and then do as you choose.
What it means
After the whole teaching, Krishna does not command; he says think it through and decide. Good guidance respects your freedom. Real conviction comes from your own reflection, not pressure.How it helps in real life
- Big decisions: Your parents want you to take the Bangalore offer; you prefer Pune. Write both options down, sleep on it, then choose yourself.
- As a parent: Your teenager wants to drop science for design. Lay out the facts calmly, then let them decide and own the choice.
