What it means
Krishna now offers a mirror. Our knowing, doing and being can be clear, restless or dull. Recognising which mode we are in is the first step to changing it.How it helps in real life
- Every day: Each evening, rate your day: clear, restless or dull? Plan tomorrow morning to feed the clear one with one small habit.
- Big decisions: About to make a big purchase decision? Check first whether you're thinking clearly, restlessly or lazily, and wait if it's not clear.
Spoken by Krishna.
