Bhagavad Gita 14.22 meaning
prakasham cha pravrittim cha moham eva cha pandava
na dveshti sampravrittani na nivrittani kankshati
Krishna said: Arjuna, such a person does not resent clarity, activity or confusion when they arise, nor long for them when they fade away.
What it means
Moods will come: bright days, busy days, foggy days. Freedom means not fighting them when they arrive and not chasing them when they leave. Let your inner weather pass while you stay steady.
Spoken by Krishna.
