Bhagavad Gita · Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga
Bhagavad Gita 14.18 meaning
oordhvam gachchanti sattvastha madhye tishthanti rajasah
jaghanyagunavrittistha adho gachchanti tamasah
Those rooted in goodness rise upward; the passionate stay in the middle; and the dull, living in the lowest quality, sink downward.
What it means
Your inner habits work like a lift: clarity takes you up, restlessness keeps you stuck in the middle, and heaviness pulls you down. Growth is mostly about which button you press each day.
Spoken by Krishna.
