What it means
Wisdom includes facing life honestly: bodies age, get sick and end. Seeing this clearly is not gloomy; it loosens the grip of ego and endless craving, and helps you focus on what truly matters. How it helps in real life
- Health & body: Turning 40 and spotting grey hair has you rattled. Accept the change calmly, book your routine health check, and focus on what matters.
- With family: Your father is ageing and keeps forgetting things. Instead of getting irritated, spend an evening making his medicine chart and simply being with him.
Spoken by Krishna.
