Bhagavad Gita 13.2 meaning
idam shareeram kaunteya kshetram ity-abhidheeyate
etad yo vetti tam prahuh kshetrajna iti tadvidah
इदं शरीरं कौन्तेय क्षेत्रमित्यभिधीयते।
एतद्यो वेत्ति तं प्राहुः क्षेत्रज्ञ इति तद्विदः॥
Krishna said: Arjuna, this body is called the field. The one who is aware of it is called the knower of the field by those who understand the truth.

शरीर एक खेत जैसा है जिसमें सब बदलता रहता है। आप उसे देखने और जानने वाले हैं। यह फ़र्क समझने से हर दर्द या मूड में खो नहीं जाते।
