इदानीमस्मि संवृत्तः सचेताः प्रकृतिं गतः॥
Arjuna said: Krishna, seeing this gentle human form of yours, I am now calm again; I have come back to myself.
What it means
Arjuna feels himself again once he sees his friend's familiar face. After intense experiences, gentle human presence grounds us. A friend's calm face can bring us back to ourselves. How it helps in real life
- With friends: After a terrifying car accident, call the one friend whose voice calms you, and let them sit with you for a while.
- In love & marriage: Back from a brutal week of travel, you feel scattered. Put the bags down, have dinner with your spouse, and let their familiar face ground you.
