Bhagavad Gita 10.13 meaning
ahus tvam rishayah sarve devarshir naradas tatha
asito devalo vyasah svayam chaiva braveeshi me
All the sages say this about you, as do the divine sage Narada, Asita, Devala and Vyasa. And now you yourself are telling me.
What it means
Arjuna had heard these truths from many others, but hearing them directly changes everything. Some lessons only really land when we finally experience them for ourselves, first-hand.How it helps in real life
- Studies & exams: You have read about meditation for years but never actually sat. Tonight, try ten minutes and see what it is like for yourself.
- As a parent: Your teenager ignores your warnings about late-night parties. Share a real story from your own youth instead of another lecture.
Spoken by Arjuna.
