जय कपीस तिहुँ लोक उजागर॥

ram doot atulit bal dhama
राम दूत अतुलित बल धामा।
You are Rama's messenger, a home of matchless strength, known as the son of Anjani and the son of the Wind.

anjani-putra pavanasut nama
अंजनि-पुत्र पवनसुत नामा॥

mahabeer bikram bajarangee
महाबीर बिक्रम बजरंगी।
Great hero, mighty one with a body strong as a thunderbolt, you drive away wrong thinking and stay close to those with good sense.

kumati nivar sumati ke sangee
कुमति निवार सुमति के संगी॥

kanchan baran biraj subesa
कंचन बरन बिराज सुबेसा।
Your golden body shines in fine clothes, with earrings in your ears and curly hair.

kanan kundal kunchit kesa
कानन कुंडल कुंचित केसा॥

hath bajra au dhvaja birajai
हाथ बज्र औ ध्वजा बिराजै।
In your hands shine the thunderbolt-mace and a flag, and a sacred thread of munj grass adorns your shoulder.

kandhe moonj janeoo sajai
काँधे मूँज जनेऊ साजै॥

sankar suvan kesareenandan
संकर सुवन केसरीनंदन।
You are a form of Shiva and the son of Kesari. Your radiance and glory are great, and the whole world bows to you.

tej pratap maha jag bandan
तेज प्रताप महा जग बंदन॥

bidyavan gunee ati chatur
बिद्यावान गुनी अति चातुर।
You are learned, full of virtues and very clever, and always eager to do Rama's work.

ram kaj karibe ko atur
राम काज करिबे को आतुर॥

prabhu charitra sunibe ko rasiya
प्रभु चरित्र सुनिबे को रसिया।
You delight in hearing the Lord's stories, and Rama, Lakshmana and Sita live in your heart.

ram lakhan seeta man basiya
राम लखन सीता मन बसिया॥

sookshma roop dhari siyahin dikhava
सूक्ष्म रूप धरि सियहिं दिखावा।
You took a tiny form to appear before Sita, and a fearsome form to set Lanka on fire.

bikat roop dhari lank jarava
बिकट रूप धरि लंक जरावा॥

bheem roop dhari asur sanhare
भीम रूप धरि असुर सँहारे।
Taking a huge and fearsome form, you destroyed the demons and carried out every task of Ramachandra perfectly.

ramachandra ke kaj sanvare
रामचंद्र के काज सँवारे॥

lay sajeevan lakhan jiyaye
लाय सजीवन लखन जियाये।
You brought the Sanjeevani herb and revived Lakshmana, and Rama joyfully hugged you to his heart.

shreeraghubeer harashi ur laye
श्रीरघुबीर हरषि उर लाये॥

raghupati keenhee bahut badaee
रघुपति कीन्ही बहुत बड़ाई।
Rama praised you greatly and said, 'You are as dear to me as my brother Bharata.'

tum mam priy bharatahi sam bhaee
तुम मम प्रिय भरतहि सम भाई॥

sahas badan tumharo jas gavain
सहस बदन तुम्हरो जस गावैं।
'May a thousand mouths sing your glory,' said the Lord of Lakshmi, and he embraced you again.

as kahi shreepati kanth lagavain
अस कहि श्रीपति कंठ लगावैं॥

sanakadik brahmadi muneesa
सनकादिक ब्रह्मादि मुनीसा।
Sanaka and the sages, Brahma and the great seers, Narada, Saraswati and the king of serpents all praise you.

narad sarad sahit aheesa
नारद सारद सहित अहीसा॥

jam kuber digapal jahan te
जम कुबेर दिगपाल जहाँ ते।
Yama, Kubera and the guardians of the directions cannot fully describe your glory, so how could poets and scholars?

kabi kobid kahi sake kahan te
कबि कोबिद कहि सके कहाँ ते॥

tum upakar sugreevahin keenha
तुम उपकार सुग्रीवहिं कीन्हा।
You did Sugriva a great favour: you brought him to Rama and helped him regain his kingdom.

ram milay raj pad deenha
राम मिलाय राज पद दीन्हा॥

tumharo mantra bibheeshan mana
तुम्हरो मंत्र बिभीषन माना।
Vibhishana listened to your advice and became the king of Lanka, as the whole world knows well.

lankesvar bhae sab jag jana
लंकेस्वर भए सब जग जाना॥

jug sahasra jojan par bhanoo
जुग सहस्र जोजन पर भानू।
The sun, thousands of miles away, you swallowed as a child, thinking it was a sweet fruit.

leelyo tahi madhur phal janoo
लील्यो ताहि मधुर फल जानू॥

prabhu mudrika meli mukh maheen
प्रभु मुद्रिका मेलि मुख माहीं।
Holding the Lord's ring in your mouth, you leapt across the ocean; no wonder, given who you are.

jaladhi langhi gaye acharaj naheen
जलधि लाँघि गये अचरज नाहीं॥

durgam kaj jagat ke jete
दुर्गम काज जगत के जेते।
However hard and difficult the tasks of this world may be, all of them become easy with your grace.

sugam anugrah tumhare tete
सुगम अनुग्रह तुम्हरे तेते॥

ram duare tum rakhavare
राम दुआरे तुम रखवारे।
You are the guard standing at Rama's door, and no one can enter there without your permission.

hot na ajna binu paisare
होत न आज्ञा बिनु पैसारे॥

sab sukh lahai tumharee sarana
सब सुख लहै तुम्हारी सरना।
Whoever takes refuge in you finds every happiness; with you as protector, there is nothing to fear.

tum rachchak kahoo ko dar na
तुम रच्छक काहू को डर ना॥

apan tej samharo apai
आपन तेज सम्हारो आपै।
Only you can hold back your own tremendous power; when you roar, all three worlds tremble in fear.

teenon lok hank ten kampai
तीनों लोक हाँक तें काँपै॥

bhoot pisach nikat nahin avai
भूत पिसाच निकट नहिं आवै।
Ghosts and evil spirits do not come near when someone calls out the name of the great hero.

mahabeer jab nam sunavai
महाबीर जब नाम सुनावै॥

nasai rog harai sab peera
नासै रोग हरै सब पीरा।
Illness fades and all pain is removed for those who keep repeating the name of brave Hanuman.

japat nirantar hanumat beera
जपत निरंतर हनुमत बीरा॥

sankat ten hanuman chudavai
संकट तें हनुमान छुड़ावै।
Hanuman sets free from every trouble anyone who keeps him in focus with their mind, actions and words.

man kram bachan dhyan jo lavai
मन क्रम बचन ध्यान जो लावै॥

sab par ram tapasvee raja
सब पर राम तपस्वी राजा।
Rama, the king who lives like an ascetic, rules over everyone, and it was you who completed all his tasks.

tin ke kaj sakal tum saja
तिन के काज सकल तुम साजा॥

aur manorath jo koee lavai
और मनोरथ जो कोई लावै।
Whoever comes to you carrying any wish or longing in the heart receives the boundless fruit of life.

soi amit jeevan phal pavai
सोइ अमित जीवन फल पावै॥

charon jug paratap tumhara
चारों जुग परताप तुम्हारा।
Your glory shines through all four ages, famous across the world and lighting it up.

hai parasiddha jagat ujiyara
है परसिद्ध जगत उजियारा॥

sadhu sant ke tum rakhavare
साधु संत के तुम रखवारे।
You protect good and saintly people, you destroy the demonic, and you are Rama's beloved.

asur nikandan ram dulare
असुर निकंदन राम दुलारे॥

ashta siddhi nau nidhi ke data
अष्ट सिद्धि नौ निधि के दाता।
You can grant the eight powers and nine treasures; Mother Sita gave you this blessing.

as bar deen janakee mata
अस बर दीन जानकी माता॥

ram rasayan tumhare pasa
राम रसायन तुम्हरे पासा।
You hold the healing nectar of devotion to Rama, and you remain forever, humbly, the servant of Raghupati.

sada raho raghupati ke dasa
सदा रहो रघुपति के दासा॥

tumhare bhajan ram ko pavai
तुम्हरे भजन राम को पावै।
By singing your praise and worshipping you, one reaches Rama and forgets the sorrows of many lifetimes.

janam janam ke dukh bisaravai
जनम जनम के दुख बिसरावै॥

ant kal raghubar pur jaee
अंत काल रघुबर पुर जाई।
At the end of life such a devotee goes to Rama's abode, and wherever born again, is known as a devotee of Hari.

jahan janma hari-bhakta kahaee
जहाँ जन्म हरि-भक्त कहाई॥

aur devata chitta na dharaee
और देवता चित्त न धरई।
Even without fixing the mind on other gods, one who serves Hanuman gains every happiness.

hanumat sei sarba sukh karaee
हनुमत सेइ सर्ब सुख करई॥

sankat katai mitai sab peera
संकट कटै मिटै सब पीरा।
Troubles are cut away and all pain fades for whoever remembers the mighty hero Hanuman.

jo sumirai hanumat balabeera
जो सुमिरै हनुमत बलबीरा॥

कीजै नाथ हृदय महँ डेरा॥

shreeguru charan saroj raj nij manu mukuru sudhari
श्रीगुरु चरन सरोज रज निज मनु मुकुरु सुधारि।
I polish the mirror of my mind with the dust of my guru's lotus feet, and then I sing the spotless glory of Rama, which grants all four goals of life.

baranaun raghubar bimal jasu jo dayaku phal chari
बरनउँ रघुबर बिमल जसु जो दायकु फल चारि॥

buddhiheen tanu janikai sumiraun pavana-kumar
बुद्धिहीन तनु जानिकै सुमिरौं पवन-कुमार।
Knowing myself to be lacking in wisdom, I remember you, son of the Wind. Give me strength, intelligence and knowledge, and take away my troubles and inner flaws.

bal budhi bidya dehu mohin harahu kales bikar
बल बुधि बिद्या देहु मोहिं हरहु कलेस बिकार॥

pavanatanay sankat haran mangal moorati roop
पवनतनय संकट हरन मंगल मूरति रूप।
Son of the Wind, remover of troubles, embodiment of all that is auspicious, king among gods, live in my heart together with Rama, Lakshmana and Sita.
